Customer Service Manager (Job ID 515)

Customer Service Manager

This position reports to the Head of the Contact Centre and provides direction and support to the Customer Service team.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):

  • Implementing the strategy and direction set by the Director
  • Creates optimal staff schedules through forecasting needs using historical data and input from marketing initiatives
  • Coaches and develops the CC team through regular sessions with a balanced scorecard approach using tools such as KPI's, company values, quality monitoring, and customer and peer feedback

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years as a leader in a world class customer service environment with a strong track record of building solid teams and leading call centre operations that create customer loyalty and appreciation
  • Experience in each key area of a call centre including quality monitoring, training, call flows, routing, forecasting, reporting, cc systems, coaching and incentives
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Energetic with a positive disposition

  • Abilities in problem identification, reasoning, and ability to develop original ideas to solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict and multiple timelines
