Sangeeta Bhatnagar, Principal Sangeeta has over 19 years of experience in the call centre industry. She has held a variety of positions in companies such as Gallop Canada, AT&T Canada, Spherion Staffing and has been consulting since 1999 in various capacities.
Sangeeta has been a senior level Recruiter for over 10 years, where she filled positions from CSR, HR, WFM, Supervisors, Managers and Directors to Senior Call Centre Consultants. She works closely with her clients and other partners in the industry to keep on top of recruitment trends and standards.
In addition to Talent Acquisition, Sangeeta provides continued support to her clients, through her Team Building and Leadership Development programme utilizing the Model of Human Behaviour. Sangeeta is a certified Thomas Consultant as well as a Certified Human Behavioural Analyst through Personality Insights.
Sangeeta holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Business from University of Western Ontario, and an HR Management Certificate from Ryerson University. She is also a Certified Human Behavioural Specialist.
